Our founder, a passionate endurance athlete and a coach, spent years trying different gels that promised performance but often fell short, leaving an aftertaste, requiring water to wash down, or causing numerous gut issues at the most critical moments of his races. He often said, “…these gels make fuelling to be another project you have to manage during your race.” Even the better options, were too sweet, leading to flavour fatigue and stomach problems…
